Here is a pic of my 95% complete 737NG Throttle quad. I'm waiting on the trim wheel, new handles, and flaps light plate. Turned ok for me. Works like a charm. I need a volunteer to make me the PARK brake lever. I will pay someone. :)

Looks good! I'd say that meets the arbitrary 85% rule.
I wish I'd have saved the pattern I used to make my parking brake lever.
It's not really too difficult to actually make if you can get the pattern right. For experimenting with the pattern, I used roof flashing that comes 5"x7" in packs of 10. About two bucks at the local hardware store.
After you have the pattern correct (using the flashing for bending mock-ups) you can do the actual cutting with a jigsaw from 1/8"x3" aluminum bar stock.
Bend it in a vice according to the pattern and the final mock-up you made. File, sand and finish if you like. Mine is natural aluminum.
The bending is the hard part.

You may not find a pattern. I used a lot of photos and a lot of flashing to get mine right. I don't know of a pattern anywhere for this.
