New Pit

Since my Cessna pit is in storage, and I'm jonesin' for a build fix, I've decided to start on the design phase of my new pit. I'll be taking the cessna apart when I finally get the room to build in. :cry:

No, I'm not going full tube. I still don't really care for the big ships. I'm going to build a Cheyenne II based on FSX and Aerosofts new FSX Cheyenne. It has almost all of every system built into it already and there will be little if any coding I'll have to do.

Its borderline GA/Commercial. But its a totally fab cockpit. And sitting on a motion platform its going to be the bomb. :D

Anyone have access to one that can get me some measurements?

Just a thought...finding a scraped Twin fuselage/nose with seats, yokes, quadrant should be far easier/cheaper than for an airliner....usually they are rusting away because they are too small for recyclers.

Good luck with it Andy... should be fun. I love the DA Cheyenne and have thought about building a pit around it (some day! :shock:). A sophisticated twin turboprop would be a lot of fun to fly.
