Hi,

Anyone know anything about this approach? My understanding is that you can build a similar set up to PM Systems without using PM, but Opencockpits software and SIOC cards. Don't know what they use for a model though. Would appreciate any info you might have.

Thanks

I know they have no FMC or navdata base, I don't think they even have an overhead or any logic.

If you take a look at this guy www.cockpitware.com (http://www.cockpitware.com) I think he is close releasing his FMC.

The development of ON737 and FS has been stopped. So no glass cockpit or FMC logics.

However there are several people that use SIOC for the overhead logics. Its all scripts and no graphics, but it seems to work.

On 737 GC was intendet to be for Xplane, and thats stopped

Hoever the overhead logic is for Fs ,thats different project , and works
Thats still work in progress , as far i know , but most functions already implemented
They using Sioc software for that with OC hardware
