Hi all,
Today I got my head around the complexities of a device called a ‘sewing machine’! After a half hour of intense instruction from the missus on how to feed the thread through countless contraptions and how to start and stop I managed to successfully sew my scrap pieces of cloth together with some pretty neat stitching. $40 later I had 4 metres of black linen and managed to produce a great pair of black curtains for the sides of my sim and it’s turned out great. Now that my music room has been removed from my peripheral vision the sim feels even more like a vehicle in motion.
I’m even looking forward to attempting more projects with this amazing sewing machine, why should the girls have all the fun? I can see upholstery things happening soon! Also posted a pic of my new map lights.
