I think this will be a "No Sale"item. They are way too high for a starting bid. I would have been surprised if they paid that for both of them. It doesn't say what details are inside nor pictures, empty shell would be nothing more that scarp aluminum. Now if it was fully loaded with, panels, seats, TQ, yokes, pedals, ect... then maybe they are just a little high.

I´d say that 15k to 20k should be ok for this pit it is still a lot of money for a Nose piece I´ve seen these go for free in other countries :)
