View Full Version : Sim Room Hath Been Founded

Well as some know I have finally found a place large enough for a sim(s). It took me a while to actually realise the space but there is a certain jungle lying in the backyard as you will see in the images.

The total area is 10 meters by 7.8 meters.

The plan is to plop a massive shed right ontop of it, taking up all the space. In May, I hope to start clearing the area and then the pro's will come in and lay the foundations as well as erect the shed.

Just to let you know, the fejoa tree which is on the right of the two together in pic 4 will be taken down and the shed will go up to there...a new fejoa tree will go up to the left of the fig tree.

Kia Ora bro!

Whereabouts in NZ are you? My Kingair desktop sim is taking shape in a tiny office in Lower Hutt. Would be good to check on progress if you`re not a million miles away.

I've got a huge backyard with NO trees, maybe you can talk my hubby into doing that too :mrgreen: :lol:

Yes I have aircraft in mind. Not publicly announcing them at the moment though :p I want to be certain before I say so.

Looks like you will have a lot of room to play with there, one assumes that you have informed and received prior approval from “she who must be obeyed”?

When I was a kid our backyard was 300 acres. Now here in Hawaii people look at me like I'm a nut when I mention backyards.

Your a lucky man Lewis. Use that space.
