Hello all!
I need some assistance or a point in the right direction. I would like to build a CRJ-200 cockpit. The problem is that I can not find any information on the exact size and layout of the cockpit and instruments. I saw posters posted on another forum but it did not mention if it was the actual size. So any information that can get me pointed in the right direction? Many Thanks!

Hi Klint,
The CRJ's a really nice bird and one I am sorely tempted to move towards next (gad what am I thinking!). Here is a site that should really interest you for systems manuals and lots of data - http://www.rcoco.com/sdoc/. Also a contributor over at Open Cockpits has a raft of photos of his CRJ build HERE (http://www.opencockpits.com/modules.php?name=gallery2&g2_itemId=7055). And you might like to contact fellow Mycockpit member Joe Cygan from Innovative FS Products (http://www.innovativefsp.com/) as he sells a complete CRJ kit.
Good luck,
Ken.

Ken I can see you leaning more towards the CRJ, LOL. Man I thought we were gonna be the two PC-12 Guys and hopefully more to follow , but then again I agree the CRJ is a nice aircraft.

Hi Klint
We have some CRJ's here in South Africa flown by SA Express, I like them myself. I have always flown the one by Project Magenta on domestic flights and the flight model seems quite good plus it's free and yes you are definately at the right place mycockpit.org has all the answers and if you don't find it here someone on the forums will find it for you.
enjoy

Ralton, I'll be sticking with the PC12 for some time yet as it's serving me well. I've been invited onto the PC12 flightline at Australia's Avalon Airshow next March with food and drinks laid on.... OMG :-o!
Happy Ken.

Thanks for all the replies!
Well this morning is the start of the long project. I moved all my RC gear out of the "MAN" room and started laying out my floor plan.
The wife is already starting to cringe.... hahaha! This is going to be fun!
i will begin my Sim Build Dairy today. Like many others i have decided that i will post my progress on a website (link to be posted soon) and also provide updates to this forum.
Again I would like to thank you all for the support that you have already provided and will provide as this project moves forward.
