I am working on some drawings right now... The only thing i have to go by are some specs that were posted from another forum some time ago... but here they are... hope this helps...Please make corrections if I have posted the incorrect information. Also I am converting measurements to standard.

•distance between the yokes is 96cm
•Distance of the yoke from the floor is 59cm
•yoke width 33cm
•center console width 46cm
•center console flat part height, from the floor 38cm
•instrument panel lower edge from the floor 43cm
•side console top from the floor 48cm
•Thrust lever total length 20cm
•total width of one window 66cm
•window post 60cm long 10cm wide
•eight from the top of autopilot to the lower overhead(landing light panel) is 20cm
•Depth of autopilot to the front instrument panel 33cm (yes goes back 33cm!)
•38cm x 5 cm FCP (autopilot)panel 44cm x 7cm support panel
•Distance from center of yoke tube to center console 25cm to side console is 38cm
•height from the beginning of the floor to the roof measuring from the •beginning of center console(manual gear handle) 143cm
•the overhead extends 14cm downward from the ceiling
•The cockpit floor is 15cm lower behind and between the seats
•height between the seats is 158cm
•width and length of overhead 44cm x 30cm
•ALL panels are 14.5 cm wide
•Support panel holding the landing lights panel is 50cm wide and 7cm high
•yoke turns 70º left and right
•measured from the lower yoke it moves 10cm forward and 14cm back
•Width of the yoke column is 8cm
Height you can easily estimate based on the height to the lower yoke.
•STD BY compass diameter 6,5cm
•window post there is 60 cm long and 10cm wide
•yoke column 6cm deep
•Distance between the yoke column aft edge (facing the pilot) to the bottom of front console 22cm
•yoke column base is 26cm long, 18cm wide, 8cm high
•Rudder pedal tunnel is 6cm from yoke base and 16cm wide
•rudder pedal aft position is 13cm from pedal TUNNEL and most forward position is 30cm
•Rudder pedal lower edge is 11cm from bottom, 16cm high and 15cm wide
•Rudder pedal movement is 9cm for left/right deflection
height of the left part of the window where it meets the side console is 32cm

•The seat cutout dimension is as follow:
18cm wide at forward edge
8cm wide at back

Tino,

The only other measurement that i seem to be missing is the from the lower edge of the Glareshield where the ends meet the window columns. I have provided a picture in PDF format for you.
If you can provide me those measurements, would be very much appreciated.;)

Thanks,
Klint

Would you pssibly have the measerment of the MIp panel? The display screen measurments? I am not sure where to make the cuts, or where to possition them, same goes witht the center screens. If you could help me on this that would be great. And i'll defenetly get yoru measurment for you. Im jsut waiting on confirmation to get acess to the RJ.

Take care thanks,

Tino.

Not to bad, I tierd the 12mm trim and it works GREAT! haha, im working on the throttles right now as we speak. But this weekend i was planning on getting the MIP panel and maybe the glaresheild started just so i can have a basic idea of how this is all going to come together. But i tahnk you for yoru advice about the aluminum flat bar.!

Glad to hear that. I think you may have misunderstood the suggestion though. It's aluminum angle that you use for the radio supports. Flat stock will bend under the load unless it's very thick, and that means more letting-in in the wood structure to get it flush.

The two 90 degree angles are bonded together to form a 'T' shape.

Well it is not exact but here is what i got. With a pic that someone pointed us too, i used it to show what SolidWorks is giving for measurements.
If someone can verify it, would be greatly appreciated.
