<title></title><style></style>will it come ?
CWS Mode
You activate CWS mode at the MCP (only press CWS)
in PDF should be now in yellow : CWS R, CWS P (Roll und Pitch input)
Inputs for the autopilot (AP) will now be given by the control column.
AP will now hold a constant attitude (pitch), A/P stabilizer trim is working and the pitch limit is +/- 22°
AP will now hold a constant roll attitude if bank > 6° .
If bank <= 6°, HDG hold mode will be active. (wings level) Maximum bank angle is 30°
When only CWS was prressed and we should now maintain HDG, we press CMD (preen CMD visible in PFD, yellow CWS R and CWS P indication in PFD) and we press HDG on MCP -> HDG SEL and CMD green indication in PFD, yellow CWS P in PFD. This is called "split axis operation" (in this case HDG maintained by autopilot, pitch conrtrolled by pilot via CWS)
or another example :
We had pressed CMD A plus HDG plus ALT HLD active and we deselect ALT HLD -> PFD CMD green and CWS P yellow plus A/P P/RST button flashing yellow.
Will this be avail in near future ?
best regards
Christian
