Further to a conversation me and Ian (ian@737NG.co.uk) had i was wondering if any of you builders had any of these pulse switched lying around in your electronics box.

I know they are available but from Mouser and Conrad electronics which have expensive postage for them even though the initial price is cheap.

Does anyone have 1 or 2 they would be willing to sell. I hope to use keyboard cards for my SPST buttons and a pulse switch works with this card as a rotary type function.

If you are not wanting to sell and just have experience with these i would be interested to hear your thoughts on them.

They seem to be a lost component with nothing much on the net, and they would have great potential for me.

Thanks very much, and thanks in advance for any replies.

I would be willing to ship them to you if that would help. You could give me the details and order them for you and paypal me for items and shipping. If we used USPS it would be cheap but there wouldn't be a tracking number unless you overnight it or ship 2-3 day priority. UPS and FEDEX will eat you alive

morning chaps.......
these are the biz for use with joystick controllers or keyboard emulators to give repeated inputs. very clever little switch which only contacts in the direction of rotation once each detente. sort of give you an encoder type input via a any joystick or keyboard card.
here's the mouser catalogue page http://www.mouser.com/catalog/635/1611.pdf

I would be interested in doing that DAL900. If that;s ok. That's helpful of you. As you can see Ian has kindly provided the spec of the pulse switch i need.

If you want to PM me then we will talk quantities and cost. It will only be several. There won't be a huge pallet load or anything like that! LOL

I will also provide my forwarding address for you to send the pulse switches over to the UK.

PM me and we'll speak further.

Thanks..
