RCDU not responding

Guys,

I have installed the RCDU software( on a separate PC), but it does
not respond to any keyboard commands( physical CDU keys).
It says: "Dual FMC OP restored" and PMCheck says everything is OK,
but it wont respond to any CDU buttons/LSK etc...any ideas?

Begs the next question is it the old type or the new type?
Anyway what you need to make sure of is that the keys are actually working.
Open up a notepad doc and press the keys, that way you will know if its a PM problem or just a simple hardware problem.

Its the original(older) CDU, it was working with PM CDU...but Ill check it like you said.

Try to change the USB cable. It could be broken.
