Hi,

i know it's hard to make this research and finally take the best decision, not having a high budget. I was in the same situation like you almost all the 2008

With these 3 projectors you are asking, the good news is that all of them, having native 1024-768 resolution. This is ok, not less of this.
Also they all have a smart price.

Bad news.... both Epson projectors, having only 400:1 contrast, which is too low.

Brightness is ok for all 3.

So the best of them is Toshiba, but..... (yes there is always a "but":???:), this Toshiba projectros, needs almost 3meters distance for 1,6 meters horizontal image (~160cm is the width of the Boeing MIP, so this is the minimum width, right?) Do you have minimum this length ?

Take care about the position of projector, according your cockpit.
For front projection you need minimum 3meters, so you may thinking to put it from the ceiling. To have the image in front of captain's eyes, the projector has to be only 8cm, higher from the up end of projected image (without an angle and keystone), so maybe in this high/position you will have your overhead !!!

So, design your room's space, place the cockpit in the position you want it and then check the projector's calculator to find where you have to place it.

You can find from Google, many projector's sites, having calculatros and compare tools.

Finally...... before some weeks, i friend here in this forum, said to invest extra money, NOT to high resolutions, but to SHORT THROW projectors, to have less length required.;) With a ShortThrow projector you may need 1 meter length for 160cm wide image!!!

best regards
