Engravity CDU refresh problems

Hi folks !

I'm new on that forum - building a 737NG cockpit since four years now. I just received the CDU hardware from Engravity and I'm currently performing some tests.

I use project magenta on a networked configuration with FS9. The CDU software is running on a dedicated machine and doing fine when used with the LCD display connected on that computer.

Here the problem: when toggling between some pages, the Engravity CDU is unable to refresh correctly what lies below the "dashed" line - especially for the RTE and HOLD pages. It looks like a communication problem between project magenta sofware and Engravity hardware.

Did anybody experience the same situation ?

PROBLEM IS SOLVED !

here is what I did - this may help others having the same difficulties:

1/ Motherboard drivers update - especially USB
2/ BIOS update (latest version)
3/ BIOS configuration (enable ACPI/USB buffers and ACPI/S3 handling)

The refresh rate is improved and the lower part of the display is now consistent with the software representation.

I have problems with my RCDU (FO) on the ACARS page!
It does not show the whole weather informaton.
On the main CDU I have no problems ...

Can some one pls check it before I write to PM?

and on the APPROACH Page (RCDU)

--> on the Flap / Speed lines
the FLAP numbers (25 30 40) are missing, but the speed numbers are visible.

Very strange ... can pls some one check?
