saitek throttle modification

Can anybody help me, I was browsing the excellent pictures in the gallery and remember seeing a saitek throttle which had been modified with much more realistic levers, Now i cant find the picture and i think i pm'ed the wrong member for details lol. Does anybody recall a thread about it or a tutorial or even where the pictures are?
