Yeah, as topic I wonder if you guys happen to know if this servo on the link will be able to be the "pointer" in an altimeter for example.

If you want my opinion I would say no.
The fact that people say that when you handle the servo with your hands, they go jittery, this means they are susceptible to Noise and in the SIm you can easily have noise around monitors and such.
Not to mention if you want a servo to drive a needle like that, you need one that can go 360 degrees, continuously, Sailing winch servo's work best. but just my opinion.
It also depends on what kind of controller you connect them too.
Good luck, but if I were you, i wouldn't go too cheap.

Hmm, ok. I see your point, definitely. Well maybe I should go to a local store and ask what they have in stock. They might be able to offer a good price if I buy all my servos from them...
