Hello,

I'm Steve from Thrust vector Simulations, a startup.

And of course what fun is it to work on one if you don't have one at home.

We also do things like AATD and CAA/JAA certifications, flight model verification for rotorcraft, (Yes, our staff gets in the real bird and measures the control forces) scanning laser based HUDs, inductive and optical USB based controls etc. The boss is a PAX river grad with time in Hinds and just about everything else that has a rotor.

Mainly Xplane based stuff for now.

Thanks,

Steve

I'm in Akron, the one toy that I can show pics of is in St Louis. I have a DVD of pics on the way from my last flight. That toy is 5 projectors on custom wrap around walls in the den running on 5 crosslinked 2.4 ghz pcs with Nvida cards. Its done without a fixed cockpit so SWMBO has office space.

I have Xplane at home for control development, but the big one is at my buddies house 572 miles away :-)

The work stuff is under NDA, so pics are rare. :(

We have a new dome under construction and of course I will post pics of that when its done,

I'll scan in a sensor design we used to use for non contact linear controls and post it soon.

Steve
