Hi!
Just wanted to share a short video showing our DC-10 simulator at Vasteras Aviation Museum in Vasteras, Sweden. Its almost ready, next in turn to be "plugged in" is the autopilot-functions.
The film shows a flight from Hong Kong Int. to the old Kai Tak airport.
Captain and 1st officer are two visitors from Norway, Vidar Eggen and Jan Fjeld, known from: http://www.dc10.no
(Please ignore the swedish chat in the cockpit ;-)

OUTSTANDING!

Can I ask what system you're using for visuals? I've been planning a TH2GO approach for my sim, but there's a growing part of me that wants more of a true wrap around view like shown in this sim. Are you using networked PCs with WideView?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your kind respons!
We are using 1 PC for FS 2004 and the cockpit instruments, 1 PC for the visuals and a third PC for various sound-effects.
Three projectors are mounted obove the cockpit and projects on a large, curved screen (aprox. 23 x 10 feet). And yes, we are using WidevieW on the client-computer for the visuals giving us a wrap-around-view of aprox. 160 degrees. To compensate for the curved screen we are also running a warp-program (sol7) in order to give the captain and 1st officer a true perspective. The "sence of flying" is quite stunning from cockpit I must say ;-)

No less than super.
Nice cockpit, and a nice frame rate

Those are the best visuals that I have seen in ages!

Well done.
