Here is "Coroplast" similar to corrugated cardboard but plastic, comes in black too.
Very good material to make that infamous shape going from under the Glareshield wings to
the main Panel.

Thanks for the updates Jack. As a man who is currently drawing up the MIP and glareshield as i type this has realy helped with the idea of the underglare section which has posed problems. Somepeople have used modrock type material to mould. Although the coroplast (Also known as corotherm i think) May work very well for me.

Keep up posted with all your building. I love the pictures doing the explaining idea :) ... Write a sentence and let the pictures do the talking. Loving it Jack.

To avoid having to twist Coroplast or whatever, unless you are a true purist, when you design your MIP, make a straight line as indicated on the pic.
These complicated curves are inherited from the 727 which had no EFIS .True to itself Boeing made that incredible and not very nice molding to fill the space under the glarewing instead of streamlining the MIP design. Two different teams probably!

Or make it straight after the EFIS like that:
