I started to model eyebrow windows for my 737 sim, today.
It really is so extremely awkward to get them into the right form, 3 dimensionally. Many of you have substantially contributed to this issue in this forum with wise ideas. I do not claim to have found the philosopher´s stone, I use a rigid foam sheet that can be cut, modeled when heated, painted and so on. When I have cut out the window holes, I have to think about getting the rounded curves of the inner linings smoothed to the outer ones. If I make reasonable progress, I will post it here.
Cheers Chris
