Slowly are simmers getting what they want, maybe this is not exactly what GA simmers asked for, but its a step closer. LG has made an LCD with a hole in it. For what reason I don't know, but could serve the purpose of a flight sim inspired screen.....

Maybe pass the yoke through the hole?

Lol, too much time on my day off studying or working lol!

Cessna is coming on just fine steve, I have redone the MIP, scaled it down from a 172 to a 152 due to space confinements, my first mip was too thin, made from the wrong material and and too much space for instruments that I just could never afford, so gone for the 152, I have done an excellent job of the MIP re-do and is due to paint it tomorrow and bead the edges, also I have remade my radio stack for the 152......updates will come myfriend!

Hi Alex, Happy new year i'll be speaking with you soon ;) Regarding the TV isn't the frame on the bottom side of the TV just larger with a hole in it though. Just buy a telly with a thinner frame (ie computer style frame around 25mm) then you can have whatever shape hole you want underneath it LOL

Lovely to see you're still giving us a chuckle in experiementing with putting a drill to your screen.:razz:

That first post still resounds in my mind :D
