Really confused!!

I see the file library has changed. My only question at this time is: How do I upload some more files? It was easy before, now I am totally confused on how this is done. Please help, I have more files I want to upload for the DXF section.

I think that I figured it out....will try to send later. Going to go see Avatar again today. (laid off has its advantages some times).
