Digital Tachometer

Hi Guys,
Gwyn showed us what he was using as a tach for reading his CNC machines speed.See this link ,very
much like he got from Jaycar in Australia but 1/3 the price(AUD$25).Wish id seen it before buying my one.
The only diff i can see is it wont measure TOTAL revs.
