IOCPServer download problem

Hello, has anyone else had problems downloading IOCPServer from their web site. I authenticated my e-mail as requested on their site but it still will not enable me to pass through to the downloads area. I need this program to try out an avionics suite that requires it. Please help. Thanks. Mike.

Can anyone post the latest version of IOCP Server? The links (even from the OC sites) are broken...
