Instrument Post Lights ?

Has anyone ever made instrument post lights for their GA Simpit. On close inspection of the panel I am trying to duplicate the 'screws' I had thought were holding the panel in place are actually post lights to illuminate the switch/breaker panel. Looks pretty cool. If I can make them.

Aircraft Spruce sells Instrument Post Light - Hoods (http://www.aircraftspruce.ca/catalog/elpages/70844.php) $0.51 each. The rest should be pretty easy to make. I'm just wondering if anyone else has done it before?

Have a look under Tutorials.Someone has done something that you could adapt if not exactly what u want.

Thanks for pointing me there. I found the LED Lighting Tutorial which is pretty much all I needed. The rest is just pipes and parts..

Not from what I can tell of the photos he put up. He has adjustment knobs for the various instruments though. Which is pretty cool.
