some people ask me for g-code files, maby these pictures may help.
making youre own g-code is better, panels has to be made "to fit" in the pit.
And then everybody has his own order and way of working,
this is just one of them.
I feel happy nobody is argumenting my weird mix of airbus-style with boeing fastners
and a phantasy baro-gear panel :D
I start with designing everything in one layer
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/2.jpg
then splitting them out in an outline:
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/outline.jpg
one for the bevel
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/bevel.jpg
the holes 4.1 mm deep
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/holes.jpg
the fastners pocketeted out
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/fastners.jpg
everything that will be 2 mm. deep
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/2mm_deep.jpg
the lightholes for the underplate
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/light_holes.jpg
than I export each layer seperatly to mastercam
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/export_to_mastercam.jpg
set the stock size
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/setting_stock.jpg
chain everything what will be milled
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/chaining.jpg
select the bit from the library
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/tool.jpg
look for sure that the tool diameter is correct !
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/tool2.jpg
set the depth cut to 1.5 mm. and make sure that it retracts enough !
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/tool3.jpg
check that it mills on the right side of the holes (so inside !)
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/tool4.jpg
export the gcode
http://flatlandpilots.nl/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002/tool5.jpg
there we have the g-code
