Was just wondering if anyone here is using Reality XP Flight Line T gauges and have the XP Directional Gyro and /or the XP Attitude Indicator (bar) being controlled by a hardware rotary switch. I am trying to use GoFlight rotary switches to control these but so far have been unsuccessful. The rotary switches work fine with some of the FSX default gyro and attitude gauges so I know the switches work and the remote RP48 USB interface works. I do have a GoFlight rotary switch working the Reality XP Altimeter, but for some reason it's a no go for me on their gyro and attitude instruments.

Really just trying to narrow this down, thanks for looking,

Hello
Try this:

keyboard
Shortcut keys can be configured to map keyboard inputs to some or all of the product functions normally accessible with the mouse. These shortcut keys are only configured in the global product INI file located at:

[fs9]\RealityXP\Common\Settings\
This [keyboard] section in the INI file includes all available shortcut keys for the product. Every shortcut key takes the form of:

Function_Name=shortcut key definition
A key definition can be any combination of ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+WIN+key with the following valid keys:

F1 to F24
0 to 9
A to Z (Upper case only)
SPACE, PAGEUP, PAGEDOWN, END, HOME, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN
INSERT, DELETE, MULTIPLY, ADD, SEPARATOR, SUBTRACT, DIVIDE
To configure a shortcut key, write the key definition after the = sign. For example FUNCTION_NAME=CTRL+SHIFT+N will control the function with CTRL+SHIFT+N

In order to disable a shortcut, leave the line empty after the = sign.

NB: some key definitions may appear to be not working properly. Make sure to assign unique combinations of ALT+CTRL+SHIFT+WIN+key between the Reality XP product, Flight Simulator, and any third party windows application running in the background.

Refer to the INI file for a complete list of all available shortcut keys.

After you made the shortcut definition you assign the shortcut key to rotary via FSUIPC.

Bjarne,

That's quite the workaround, but by golly it works just fine!

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your time.
