Problem with CDU/MCP and Windows 7 x64 bits

I have the following problem:

CDU and install the Project Magenta MCP in a computer where I run x64bit Windows7, and when I run these programs to get the code with which I provide the key to implementing them, is that these programs can not run, not visible in screen, are not minimized.

Please someone can tell me how to fix the problem?
the simulator is run FSX

The drivers of the cards are updated and this is Nvidia GeForce 260GTX.

I'm running mcp 448 on a win 7 64bits version and fsX without any problem
I can't say for the CDU as I'm running it on an another computer.
