Interesting one. The description clearly states you can use this as a screen via the USB cable. I'm really not sure how as it would need a video card, and VCs have outputs such as HDMI, DVI and VGA.

One thought though, is that you could use it as a digital approach plate display. It's about the right size, although the res might not be quite up to scratch.

That would be a good idea.. digital approach plate.
Found an old thread re them
http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/showthread.php/17082-Have-an-idea-for-Mini-monitor..../page4?highlight=samsung%2Bphoto

My initial idea would be to use it as the Airspeed, Altimeter & Horizon gauges.. but maybe they could be a bit small to read!
The 10" version has a higher resolution 1024x768.
ive ordered one, so will report back :o)

anyone have any ideas if you can use more than 1? or will that depend on PC spec?

Hi I do have a SPF-87H . Lets say works Ok buth U have to start the FSX firts others wise ( my case ) i get FSX does not support ther graphic bla bla and FSX crashes. what i don,t like is that you have to drag the gauges every time . But once in place they do work. Other problem the system only supports 1 digitale frame.
Has Anyone other experience , would be nice 2 know,
