Last weekend I was able to do a full-up test of all three projectors.
I posted a couple of videos to YT showing the setup.

Thanks Mike. Hopefully it won't take too long to get the new stands built. They'll be the 4th or 5th iteration of the design. *laughs*

Hi Burkeshill,
Setup three projectors on one PC could be as simple or as hard as you want. You can connect the three projectors (the same with three monitors or lcd TVs) to a single VGA (ATI Eyefinity), two VGA (ATI eyefinity, nvidia surround) or use a Matrox th2go.
You dont need any special software to do this (nothing but lastest drivers of course). You need warping (and blending) software if you want to go on a curved screen (nthusim, warpalizer, inmersive display lite).
The other approach, is to connect one computer per projector or monitor. Of course you need three pcs, and a wideview (or similar) software to expand your views to the other LANs pc's.

In order to drive three projectors from a single (non-Eyefinity [ATI == EWWWW!]) video card, you'll need to get a Matrox TripleHead2Go. This device takes a single input and spreads it across the three projectors. In our case, it provides a "monitor" that's 3840x800.
In order to fit the output to a curved screen, you'll need some output warp software like NThusim+ or Sol7.
