Hi Nax,
What files do I need to edit so that the Project Magenta MCP is flying the plane instead of the PMDG 737 on board autopilot, and will I still be able to use the PMDG 737 onboard radio stack, or will editing these file render the PMDG 737 onboard operations unoperable.
Hope this makes sense :)

Well... Ask the question in the appropriate part of the forum, and answers will be provided.
I have no exepience with PM and PMDG since I use FlightDeckSoftware...
Try asking in the softwaredepartment.

I didn't mean to offend you. I just don't have the answer myself, but I'm sure you get your answer if you put it somewhere else in the forum. This is where we introduse ourselves, and not everybody reads these threads.
Since post is named Rob the Builder other people doesn't catch that there is a problem to be solved in this post...
