Hi there!
My first topic after introduced my self :)
Finally opencockpit has confirmed the order of my first components! The light panel of the fwd 737 overhead panel and the master card fon inputs :)
Im gonna receive all of these things next week (guess).
Of course I've got switches as well (some more to buy, I wanna make up all the panels)
What I wanna ask now is:
Once I will get the components, run-it, and one day maybe working, my next step wanna be the MCP.
I was wondering about the opencockpit one, but it seems like without Speed intervent and altitude intervent.
Surely, my aim is to learn the basic knowledge of SIOC configuration, hardware "mounting" and handling which means I have enough time to go forward step-by-step learning on my own.
What do u think about the poldragone MCP?
Is it very hard to set it up?
Is there any tutorial about "how to interface" the poldragonet components with electronics?
Is it hard anyhow?
Someone told me to avoid it, but, due my budget, due my goal of discovering the "homecockpit world" it would be nice to face a very great challenge, and, finally of course achieve the target :)
Is anyone able to give me any details about that?
All post, will be very very much appreciated with a new user discovering the world just right now...
As always...
Happy landing to everybody!
