View Full Version : USB Outputcard Problems

Hi everyone,

Since months I have found no solution to get the usb-outputcard working. Under Windows 7 64bit the card is only recognized the first time being attached.

After a reboot it is not visible anymore under sioc and also not available via the test tool. If the card is replugged, windows recognizes a usb-device but a message appears, that the driver couldn't be installed and the device will be disabled.

Sometimes it helps to connect the card to another usb port, but only for that session. After a reboot it is gone again.

As long as the card is recognized everything is working fine: I can control lights, releays etc.

The behaviour is the same on two different Win7 64bit systems. With an old WinXP 32bit computer, everything seems to work fine.

Would be great if someone has an idea. The oc support couldn't help me...

Thanks and greetings,

Marcel

Hi Marcel,
Looks like a faulty card, I would ask OC for a replacement.

Nico

Hello Nico,

Thanks for the reply. Do you use such a card with Win7 64bit? OC told me, that Win7 causes many USB problems...

Greetings,

Marcel
