Would This work??? Cockpit made of touch screens

Hi

I was thinking of building a cockpit and wondering if the whole thing could be assigned to touch screen monitors, no switches at all except for throttle, gear leaver etc.

My plan was to build a proper cockpit shell (a340) and fill it with touch screen monitors, for fmc, radio, ecam, and most importantly the overhead panel.

What you guys think????
