Throttle SAITEK X45

Hello,

I begin with A320FMGS . Very nice soft.

I work with FSX and Windows seven. FSUIP C4
Some questions :

1- I cannot config my throttle Saitek X45 with "Configure control" of A320FMGS .
I save, but nothing after : no possibility to use !!

2- Also,Axis of Joystick SAITEK X45 inverted !!
ailerons vs elevators ...

3-With FSX, no panel if use a320 FMGS JH Airnus A320 !!

4-Is it necessary to disconnect the joystick in FSX ?
