After receiving the Simworld ovhd panels I decided to make a frame for them myself out of aluminium. It was a lot of work but totally worth it :

That looks gorgeous!!! Having dealt with aluminum myself for various sim-bits, I applaud your talent! What sort of tools are you using? Seems I have to go to extreme lengths to make halfway presentable metal bits, and they still don't look nearly that nice!
Writing your own software for everything?

I have a drill press and an electric scroll saw, that's all.
I have a Prosim737 license (for the old price, thank god) and using Leo Bodnar cards, Phidgets and some Sismo cards I luckily don't have to write anything :-)
