As you may know, I have not yet revealed my cockpit. I have decided to reveal it in a guessing game.

Hints:
-Not based on a Boeing, Airbus, or General aviation
-The aircraft is twin-engine
-It is still in service today, though not many of them are left

Good Luck!

(As more people guess, I will post more hints and maybe a few cropped pics of the real aircraft)

Nope. But that would be cool.

F28, or Fokker 70.

BAC 1-11 ??

F28, or Fokker 70.

Nope, though the f28 would be nice if the project Fokker one worked in X. It has port-over issues.

BAC 1-11 ??

I almost did that one. Unfortunately, David Maltby's 1-11 doesn't work properly in X. The APU doesn't Start.

DC9? Though if you count the MD-80 and MD-90 as being the same family, there's still lots of them flying. Or for a really random wild guess, the Caravelle? I flew in one of those once as a child and I remember being unimpressed, but there are a bunch of them still flying.

I've been in the DC9/MD80s many times. I've never been a fan of them. I know little about the Carvelle. All good guesses, but no.

For those who have already guessed, feel free to guess again.

I think it's time for a clue...

Year first manufactured? .. perhaps.

Is it the DC-3?

Another Hint:
-First flight was in the year 1960.

Nope. I've never been a DC3 fan.

Good choice ,, but your wrong I'm afraid ,,, the first flight was in 1959.
We are of coarse talking about the "sports car of twin aviation" ,,, the Grumman OV1 commonly called the "Mohawk".
Great wee plane for sim building and flying.

Nope, it's not the OV1. Never heard of it.

Twin engine, first flew 1960... if it's an airliner, there aren't many I can find. The Tupolev Tu-124 first flew in 1960... never heard of anyone building a Soviet simpit, mind you.

Nope. It's not the Tu124. I will drop another hint after one more guess.
