I attended the 2014 Midwest RepRap Festival last month (It's a 3D printer convention of sorts) and I ran into a guy that is Kickstarting a desktop rotational casting machine. I know a number of you here are into making your own parts and I figured you might be interested in it - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/rotomaak/rotomaak-desktop-rotational-casting-machine
If you're making parts for other people's simulator projects, this could help you out quite a bit with production.
I've been asked to write the assembly manual for this machine, but I have no financial interest in the machine or the company. It will be released as an open source project once all the Kickstarter rewards have been shipped out.
