Please help- error message after JH start

I am having problems starting the JH Ware. I run it with FSX.

after I start it and the windows/panels appear, I get an error windows which keep loading non stop, with the following message: " Access violation at address 00531F9A in module 'NavDBapp.exe'. Read of address 00000038."

FSX and JH are on my D: drive. I have already downloaded NavDataPro and selected JHWare when setting it up.

Any idea how this problem can be fixed.

Check again the navdata installation. This is tricky (mostly because navdatapro from Aerosoft deos not create the navdata folder by itself). CHeck this thread: http://www.mycockpit.org/forums/showthread.php?t=26376
