I really want to build a simulator, but have a few problems. First of all, I can not decide between a 737 Classic or the Fokker 70/100, so if someone could tell me which one they think would be easier/cheaper/more fun to build, please let me know.
Secondly, can you suggest any good but not horribly expensive suppliers of simulator hardware?

Both are good choices, certainly better than the NGs that so many are doing.
There have been a couple Fokker 70/100 builds; this site should get you started:

As for the 737CL, there are a lot of genuine parts on the market at a reasonable price.
If you want to do a Fokker, you've got software on your side. If you want to do a 737CL, you've got parts on your side. I don't know of any cockpit friendly 737CL software so far, nor do I know a supplier of Fokker 70/100 parts.
They both have their pros and cons, so I would just choose whichever one you like more as an aircraft.

Real Parts, panels and stuff for the 737 are way much easier to find and there are so many good flight models!! Would recommend the 737 Classic!

Thanks for the advice. I am indeed leaning towards a 737CL.
