Hello Guys,
when I fire up FMGS the transponder mode is MODE C and TCAS is TA/RA; JL already told me he does not want to change this default state to STBY, even if I think that most of us start the airplane cold & dark ...
Anyway, if I try to assign a switch with the offset x7B91;1 - the result is: nothing happens when I press that switch. The transponder mode should change to STBY, but it doesnt work. Same with the IVAP: if I change the transponder in IVAP, nothing happens in the MCDU.
So the question is: is the MCDU a "write only" function? Is it not able to read the transponder state from FSX? Or am I completely wrong?
