MCDU with Tablet 1,2GHz?

I know the MCDU or some Name it FMS Needs a lot of GHz and RAM.

Well, the description in this auction says, that almost any Windows software can be installed. So it SHOULD work.
you may only install the MCDU part of FMGS, so the RAM and CPU requirement will be quite low.

If 1.2 GHz with 1GB RAM is enough? I think so, but no warrenty :)
