Vroute Premium

I was having a lot of issues with FSX/Windows7 so I decided to reinstall everything. I've been using Vroute Premium for at least a couple of years for my flight planning and it was working fine a few days before. When I re-installed it and ran it I got an error message from the vroute site that said "This program cannot display the webpage". I went on their forum and tried to post a message a couple of times the past week but my posts never showed up on the forum. Are they having some issues? I've never had this problem before. Is anyone else encountering this problem?
