My advice is to stay well clear of this vendor, unscrupulous operator!!!

I would stay away from flybycockpit. Vitor (who is probably the above poster) has made a lot of false promises. After emailing for a year he just decides to ignore your email.
Communication is the key, especially if you are dealing with large sums of money.
Right now now I have orders with SimQuip - Chris has been very professional and answers all emails within a few hours. The company is also Australian based so there is considerable savings with shipping.

I assisted this guy with pictures, drawings and many chats over the phone to help him build a set of dual linked yokes for "his own sim". Then he advertises my stolen designs as his own product, the guy is a thief of intellectual property!!! The box frame chassis monstrosity is his own bit, I would never put such a chunk of metal like that into a sim, totally unnecessary dead weight!

I think reputation is everything in such a niche market, I have been striving to build Aerosim Solutions into a well respected name and that has always been of more importance than the occasional "pocket money" profits. I have a registered Australian Business Number and have paid my taxes dutifully for seven years. During that time, I am proud that I do not have a single complaint about my work. I had a recent valid warranty claim on a component that I had outsourced and quickly organized restoration of the fault for someone who I now call my friend, my customers are very important people. Doing things with integrity is not rocket science!!
Reputation is everything to me and when the time comes to switch to fulltime at Aerosim Solutions, I am sure that my reputation will be a solid foundation to be able to increase product range and supply. Unfortunately I cannot agree to all requests at the moment because of time constraints and existing orders. I often handball orders to Peter Cos at Flightdeck Solutions and other appropriate vendors. I have assisted Roberto at Throttletek with design issues and we are longtime friends. There is culture of respect and cooperation in the background amongst the major suppliers and we manage to manufacture our products side by side without standing on each other's toes. I have seen many pop up websites offering their "wonderful products" and when these dudes realize how many builders are needing solutions they become quickly overwhelmed and fade into obscurity often taking builder's money with them. If this guy had been upfront and honest in the first place I may have assisted him in developing dual yokes as a valid product but instead this guy finds his site is now marked and blacklisted. He steals ideas from a forum moderator of one of the biggest builder's sites, can you believe that? FFS, the guy is a sandwich short of a picnic!! LOL
