Landing Gear and Flaps Switches

I am in the process of building a landing gear and Flaps control panel for my Baron 58 flight sim. I need a switch (up/spring center and down/spring center). The contacts need to be momentary. Can someone please help me to figure out what will work and most important, where I can purchase these.

The coolie hat of a joystick should do the job. Is available as a spare part. Or from a cheap stick remove and modify.
