INTERCOM SETUP

Hi all,

could you provide me any simple and straightforward manual, how to do intercom setup?
My intention is:

1. to hear each other inside the cockpit in HEADSETS and with instructor via HEADSET,

2. to hear ATC, ATIS in the cockpit.

I am not VATSIM/IVAO player, so it is not condition.

Which ASIO sound card could you recommend to have low latency?
