ACP VHF Axis (Volume tuner)

Hello all, I hope you are all doing well!As I can see in the ACP SIOC Creator I can choose a digital Input to select the output source (e.g. I want to hear VHF2 active freq). Why do I need to setup a axis? I do not have the panels for analoge axis so I decided to configure normal latching switches. the acp is a complex panel, you need to look in the FCOM a bit how it works because this not an easy system.
