Hi,Just my experience with VRinaight support. I bought their 737 Overhead from them and couldn’t get it to work so they connected to my computer and ended up saying it was a hardware problem. — no connectio to the computer. I have since found out that they didn’t run the correct software and that the overhead connected to the computer. The problem is with the software as after it finds the device, the connection file.I have asked VRinsight for hep and they are ignoring my requests. I suggested that. Their soft,ware tech connect remotely with my. Computer and between us we can maybe fix the issue. No luck. Their support, or lack of it is non existent and I don’t recommend buying their products because they don’t provide support, your on your own.Mounty
