Aircraft Configuration Files for the RJGC?

Hi,

for displaying the flap-positions and the reference-speeds in my RJGC I´m
looking for Aircraft Configuration Files of the default Learjet45 and maybe of
the CRJ 700/900 and the Fokker 70/100, too.

I don´t know how to create it myself yet and maybe one from you can send one
or more "ready to use" .txt-files to me?
