Did you switch unlimited Fuel to off , in FS2004??

TCAS is working by setting in pmRJ.ini.

It changes in this case by different of3000 ft altitute to near aircraft
from white to red, bu7t not call out over pmSound.

With FSPlans I don`t have problems.
