Flaps set-up

I just finished reading the tutorial for FS2 phidgets and i can't get the individual handle positions to come up as an option.?? What am i doing wrong? I assigned Flaps handle to a slider but thats as far as i can get.

What happens when you press calibration button?

When i press cal, the screen pops up looks just like the example except there is no option box below the calibration sliders.
